Description
An A4 Certificate to be given to CSC members by their Instructor after successful completion of a 12 week term of lessons. This red certificate should be given if the main subjects covered were 'my files'.
The Instructor will need to type in the name of the member, the subjects covered, the date and their full name. After printing the certificate in colour, the Instructor should sign it before giving it to the member.
